Justin Atkins has been named the team member development manager at Pala Casino Spa & Resort Bill Bembenek, Pala’s chief executive officer, announced today. In his new position, Atkins is responsible for creating and implementing motivational, educational and developmental programs for all Pala Team Members that reinforce the culture of the online gambling company and solidify that its Team Members are its most powerful internet casinos resource.

Atkins previously served as the training online casinos manager for Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN, the flagship property for Gaylord Hotels. Before that, he was a global business consultant and provided organizational, cultural and leadership development in 42 countries.

Atkins, a native of Phelan, CA, earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He also earned certification in Franklin Covey, Development Dimensions International, Ken Blanchard and DiSC Behavioral Management programs.
